You never have to worry about what's cooking at the Saloon
because our menu never changes -- it's easier on YOU and especially easier
on Bud!.
First, we start you off with an enormous slab of Texas
Chicken-Fried Steak smothered with gravy surrounded by a heaping helping of
ranch beans and cornbread. If you're not in the mood for chicken-fried
steak, then try a hot bowl of Texas Chili or Squirrel Stew (depending on the
season).

Nothing goes better with Cowboy cooking than our own brand of Texas Sun
Tea,
and we'll be glad to leave the pitcher.
Lastly, we round out the meal with Cowboy Coffee and hot Peach Cobbler.
And if none of THAT sounds good, just ask for a steak
from the grill.
